We will pay all freight and insurance in Australia on orders of 6 bottles or more (can be mixed orders). Mail Orders are shipped via Australia Post. This offer only applies to Australian addresses. For international orders please contact the winery direct.
Any adult person who receives goods at the delivery address is deemed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. We may require that the person who accepts delivery of the goods provide proof of age. The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years or to persons who fail to provide satisfactory evidence that they are aged 18 years or over. If no one is at the delivery address to receive delivery of the goods, or if there is no one at the delivery address aged 18 or over, the goods will not be delivered to the delivery address and an attempted delivery notice will be left at the delivery address and the goods must be collected by you from the Australia Post store specified in the notice. Delivery may be made on our behalf by a third party contractor or agent.
It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with Majella Wines you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Remember, it is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. If in doubt our couriers may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our Majella Wines as soon as possible on 08 8736 3055 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, limits may apply, and all exchange products must be in their original condition and packaging.
If your order is faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return.
If you change your mind, exchanges are at Majella Wines discretion. For exchange of a delivered product, unfortunately additional delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all change of mind returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
