Minuet NV
Our winemaker, Bruce Gregory has crafted the NV "Minuet" from small parcels of wine from our Riesling block. The wine had been put through the traditional bottle fermentation method of sparkling wine production, resulting in a very fine bead, great mouth feel and long and complex finish.
The wine is packaged in a radically new bottle, with a great drawing of a couple dancing the Minuet printed onto the bottle. It's a very spectacular package.
The Minuet really is a winner!
Majella “Minuet” NV

The first release of Majella’s Minuet was in 2012.
