ORDERING INFORMATION
We mail order to all parts of Australia, with a daily pick-up from the winery or from our Adelaide warehouse.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- INTERNATIONAL SALES
We are not able to send wine to International Destinations through our online facility. This facility can ONLY handle orders within Australia.
For International Orders please call us here at 61(0)8 87363055 or email us and we will see what we can do.
- FREIGHT
Our standard packs hold 3, 6 or 12 bottles. We are happy to handle orders of mixed dozens Freight Free, but we would appreciate it if you could ensure 3,6 or 12 bottle orders. Thanks.
- COURIER INFORMATION
We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. If no one is going to be available at home to receive the wine perhaps you may consider using a work address. Post Office boxes can be accommodated.
Please allow at least 7 days for delivery. We try to do our best, but sometimes our couriers are even busier than we are.

- REFUND POLICY
We believe our wines to be of the highest quality. However, if you are not happy with our product please contact us on 08 8736 3055 (or email us) and we will be happy to arrange return of the product and a full refund.
Please Note: Under South Australian Liquor Licensing Laws, it is an offense to sell or supply to, or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
